History

JMC is the oldest Professional Educational Institute in Sri Lanka having 40 years of experience with an unblemished record of yeomen service to the Nation.JMC - Jayasekera Management Centre (Pvt.) Ltd. the Pioneers in Professional Education was established in 1972 in Sri Lanka. The founder of JMC, Mr. J.M.U.B.Jayasekera (B.Sc.Mgt(Sp),FMAAT,ACA,FPFA,FCMA) a Chartered Accountant by profession, took a giant step forward in the educational arena, revolutionizing the professional education in Sri Lanka. His forward march in this field was accepted and followed by hundreds and thousands of young people of this country. Their thirst for knowledge in Accountancy, Business, Computing and Management was quenched from that time and was fortunate to become important citizens holding respectable and lucrative positions in the public and private sectors both locally and overseas.
